This is me at wood work at Tamaki College. This is after I finished my fighter plane. I think that my plane turned out how I wanted it to and I had a turret on the top of my plane. We had a really good time with Mr Thomas and I can't wait to go to graphics.

This is just to say
I have eaten
the chocolates
that were in
the fridge.
And which
you were probably
saving for dessert.
Forgive me
They were crunchy,
so mouth watering
and solid.

tui Report
A Tui is a native bird to New Zealand. It has beautiful black feathers, and has a white soft tuft underneath its chin.
They are found in open country and open gardens. During spring they can be found in different places while searching for food. They sleep in forest and scrub. They live where there is a good supply of nectar. They are found everywhere in New Zealand and off-shore islands.
Their nesting season is in November and December. The parents move to an offshore island, and usually lay 2 to 4 eggs. It takes two weeks for the eggs to hatch.
They are always the first to sing in the morning. They have a wide range of notes. They have bell like notes croaks, coughs and squeaks.
Their foods are mainly berries, fruit, Insects and nectar. When the young are first born they get fed tiny insects and nectar from the adult Tui. Slightly older chicks get fed berries spiders and large insects, especially stick insects.

I asked the little boy who could not see
“And what is colour like?”
“Why red,” he said
“Is like the warm fire that my mum puts on in the afternoon,
Blue is the water that evaporates into my mouth in the morning ,as I brush my teeth in the morning.
Yellow is like pineapple, as it runs down my throat in a juicy sensation.
Green is the sound of a bat made out of wind.
White is like the sound of rustling paper in the the background as I work.
Turquoise is like the sound of the ocean as it crashes against the rocks
And purple is the smell of the flowers in the back yard”
